Corporate Support: Take A Step Forward for Breast Health
October is chosen as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a number of corporate supporters join us to promote breast cancer awareness and raise funds in support of the cause.

Tayma Fine Jewellery organized 2 events in Year 2011 to help raise funds for HKBCF – Pink Jewel Party on Friday 21 October and Christmas Cocktail Party on Friday 2 December. A total of $205,400 was raised and generously donated to our Foundation.

MOISELLE launches 1,000 sets of limited edition gift box which contains a handbag, a T shirt and a silk scarf on which celebrity artist Priscilla Ku’s painting is printed. Part of the sale proceeds will go to HKBCF.

Santa Fe Real Estate will host the annual Hong Kong Real Estate Agents Christmas Celebrations on 8 December 2011. All funds raised from the event will be donated to our Foundation.

ICAP’s 19th Global Charity Day took place on 7 December 2011. With over 60 offices worldwide taking part, ICAP, an interdealer broker and provider of post-trade risk and information services donated all its revenue and brokers’ commissions on the day to charities, including HKBCF. Over HK$730,000 was donated to our Foundation

Mrs. Janet Borchert hosted a special ladies party on 9 December 2011, raising $20,000 for HKBCF from the admission fees and charity auction of shawls and accessories made by breast cancer survivors.

Bylyse will be donating 15% of all sale proceeds from its Pink Ribbon collection made during the period of December 2011 and January 2012 to our Foundation.

PANDORA is going to launch a new exclusive jewelry collection. The collection will be sold from October 2011- April 2012. 15% of the sales proceeds shall be donated to the HKBCF, supporting our cause.

French fashion label Kookai is launching a fund-raising campaign to promote breast cancer awareness. The initiative entails the launch of” KOOKAI Love Pink!”, an iPhone app available for free download. For every download (until 30 November), Kookai will donate HK$1 to Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation.

From 1 to 31 October, the 'Life Tokens' will be sold in the Mandarin Spa and Mandarin Salons. All proceeds will be given to HKBCF. For every Life Token sold the hotel will contribute an extra HKD100 to increase the final donation.

Movement Improvement Ltd will host Pink Fizz on 12 October 2011 at Discovery Bay in support of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation. More than 250 people joined the event and HK$62,458 was raised to the Foundation.

Jan Logan launched it’s Pretty in Pink Campaign Collection (11 September to 31 October 2011) for breast cancer, donating 10% of sales revenue to the HKBCF.

Ageas staff Jim DeLong & his family friends will attempt for an 8-days climb on Kilimanjaro, highest mountain in Africa, to reach the Uruhu Peak at around 6,000 meters will start from 24 September to 1 October, 2011. The Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation is honored to have been chosen as sole beneficiary by Jim and Ageas. All donations will go to the HKBCF, supporting the Foundation’s work in promoting breast health.

The 5th annual Pink Ribbon Tennis Tournament organised by LRC, will be held on 10 October, 2011, raising funds and breast cancer awareness for the HKBCF.

From 10 June 2011 onward, ELLE HK and TSUMORI CHISATO jointly present the limited edition “Charity Umbrella” for readers to redeem. Net sale proceeds will go to Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, supporting the Foundation’s work in promoting breast health.

Starting from June 2011, Clarisonic® would donate HK$50 to the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation on each limited Pink edition facial cleanser sold, to support breast cancer educations and patient support services.

 

Self Photos / Files - 16 Ideale Chef 3E Non-stick Cookware
Ideale Chef, a non-stick cookware brand, will launch a special edition of Pink Frypan for charity sales during end of May to August 2011. During the time, Ideale Chef will donate HK$9.9 to Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation for each Pink Frypan sold.

Kyocera has pledged to donate based on the quantity of each shipment of its Pink Kitchen Series to Hong Kong from May 2010 onwards. So far a donation of US$11,600 has been made to the HKBCF.

The 4th Hong Kong Yogathon will be held at Happy Valley Race Course on 10 April 2011. The event has chosen the HKBCF as the sole beneficiary, and donations collected from participants will go to support our work against breast cancer.

JESSICA will host JESSICA Run on 13 March 2011 and have appointed the HKBCF as the beneficiary. Proceeds of the event will be donated in support of our cause.

A limited edition of silk lingerie will be launched in March 2011. The company pledges to donate 5% of its sale proceeds to HKBCF in support of our work of promoting breast health.

Starting from 25 February to 31 December, 2011, Ballyhoo donates 1% of revenue of her Kiwami series to HKBCF in support of our work fighting breast cancer.
