Pink Walk for Breast Health 2013!

The Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF)’s annual signature fundraising event – Pink Walk for Breast Health was successfully concluded at The Peak on Sunday 20 October 2013. This year’s Pink Walk broke previous records by attracting 2,000 participants who dressed in pink to promote breast health awareness and raised nearly HK$3 million, setting another record for the Pink Walkathon.

 

Since our inception in March 2005 the HKBCF remains dedicated to safeguarding the breast health of all women in Hong Kong regardless of their age, nationality, economic status or health condition. Breast cancer remains the no.1 cancer affecting women in Hong Kong with an average of 9 new cases diagnosed every day, one of which will result in fatality.
