The coupon will be distributed in the "Breast Care Fun Fair" Roving Exhibition 2020. Come and know more about breast health. 

 

The coupon entitles the bearer to enjoy HK$200 off a mammogram screening session at the Breast Health Centre (BHC) of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF).

 

After discount,

2D Mammogram Screening costs HK$850;

3D Mammogram Screening costs HK$1,980

 

The session includes:

  • Breast cancer risk assessment
  • Clinical Breast Examination
  • Mammogram screening (2D or 3D)
  • Report analysis conducted by nurses (extra charge if done by doctor)

 

How to use:

  1. Please call to make your booking for mammogram screening on or before the date specified below.
  2. When making the booking, please specify that you are applying the “Breast Care Fun Fair” coupon.
  3. Please present the original copy or duplicate of this coupon when you visit the BHC for checking.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bearer of this coupon shall contact the HKBCF to make a booking on or before 30 September 2020 and consume the mammogram screening on or before 31 December 2020. Otherwise the coupon will be invalid.
  • This coupon applies only to mammogram screening service provided by the HKBCF.
  • Only bearer of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card shall be eligible to use this coupon.
  • Each coupon is valid for one redemption/ usage only.
  • The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the HKBCF.
