My Journey (Free for breast cancer patients)
This is a specially designed information pack for women diagnosed with breast cancer. It is a conveniently sized booklet for recording details of past medical history, doctors’ and other contact details, treatments and side-effects experienced. Also included is a calendar for dates of consultations and what was discussed, space for tests and results as well as questions to ask the health care team.
