NOTICE: Adjustment of Centre Services Arrangement

 

Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation (HKBCF) strives to maintain service quality and to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. To reduce the risk of transmission due to the current variants outbreak, the HKBCF has adjusted the arrangement of centre services from 12 February to 28 February as follows:

 

  • Breast Health Centre (BHC)

Opening hours and services as usual. People who have made appointment should refer to the SMS notice before arrival. Reservation is required for all services. Please call our hotline.

 

  • Breast Cancer Support Center (BCSC)

(1)  All exercise sessions, group activities and workshops continue to be conducted online.

(2)  All individual face-to-face services, including lymphoedema index measurement, assessment and treatment, Chinese medicine services, oncology consultation and counselling services, are under the provision of limited services, please make an appointment in advance. Reservations from Tuesday to Friday are recommended.

 

To safeguard service receivers and staff against being infected, frequent disinfection will be put on to HKBCF’s all centres. A full set of medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be arranged for clinical staff when undergoing breast check-ups, lymphoedema care services and related treatments. The HKBCF will continue to monitor the situation closely and review the arrangements in a timely manner.

 

The HKBCF recommends the public to pay attention to personal hygiene, wash hands frequently and maintain social distancing. Together we fight the virus and defeat the epidemic as soon as possible.
